Sorry.
There are no hateful people with Jesus in their hearts. The ones you are referring to, I believe, are those who have created their own self serving version of Jesus and inserted him in the darkest regions.

I think a more accurate comment would be that there are too many hateful people with Jesus on their bumper stickers. People that are truely faithful/spiritual (regardless of which faith) don't feel the need to spout about how faithful they are. They don't need religion as a crutch or as a cover for all of their selfish and hateful actions. In my experience, the people that talk the loudest about "being a Christian" are the biggest hypocrites.
